Opportunity awaits with over 8,500 square feet of versatile space situated on 2.57 acres! Recently used as a church, this unique property could be restored to its original purpose and once again become a welcoming place of worship - or bring your vision and explore the many other possibilities this much space has to offer. Step through the foyer into the expansive 62’ x 33’ sanctuary featuring 11’ ceilings and plenty of room for services, gatherings, performances, or special events. A spacious 47’ x 26’ fellowship hall provides another large gathering area and connects to a 13’ x 12’ kitchen equipped with industrial stainless-steel sinks and an industrial gas range and oven, ready to serve a crowd! Seven additional rooms throughout the building were previously used as nurseries, classrooms, story rooms, and a library, offering an ideal setup for Sunday school, youth programs, meeting spaces, offices that could be rented out, or even the potential for a preschool or childcare program during the week. An office and study add warmth and character with exposed brickwork and beams. Restroom facilities include two larger multi-stall bathrooms plus two additional bathrooms, providing convenience throughout the building. The possibilities extend well beyond its former church use. Could this become a community or educational center, daycare or preschool, event venue, nonprofit headquarters, studio space, a family entertainment center, or home for a growing organization? For someone with an even bigger vision, the size may also offer potential for redevelopment into apartments or other housing concepts. Outside, the 2.57 acres provide even more room to think creatively. Imagine community garden plots, chickens, outdoor play or recreation areas, gathering spaces, or incorporating the acreage into a larger redevelopment plan. Whether you envision restoring it as a church, filling the classrooms with children during the week, creating a new home for your organization or business, or completely reimagining the property for residential use, over 8,500 square feet and 2.57 acres gives you room to explore the possibilities. The price reflects significant repairs that need to be done. Bring your ideas and discover what this unique property could become!
